Welcome to the brand new ChallengeFIT unlike any other!
This year we are incorporating fitness, fun and to push you outside of your comfort zone!
Over 12 weeks you will participate in two weekly bootcamps, held Thursday 5:45pm and Saturday 8:30am and work individually on your program to get you ready to compete in the Adelaide Marathon Festival.
Not a runner? That doesn’t matter here. There are challenges for all fitness levels and running, or non running skills.
Distances from 5km up to 42.2km, over 12 weeks we will get you to your goal.
Each fortnight you will check in with Emma our Personal Training Manager to track your progress, adjust intensity and workout durations to keep you on track and accountable.
Not only that, you will also have your entry to your chosen event on the 31st May 2020, so no real excuse not to finish the race, right?
Plus an awesome Lodge Fitness Centre shirt to wear on the day so we can show our support to you and your goals of 2020.
