The Lodge Fitness Centre is excited to announce the start of ChallengeFIT- Summer Edition. This is a 12 week intense challenge to kick start our goals towards the summer body we dream of.
With 2 package options to suit every ones goals and budget we look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
The basic package includes 3 x 30 minute boot camps each week with our qualified Personal Trainers and 1x 30 minute Personal Training session each week.
The ultimate package includes all of the above PLUS 1 x 30 minute Food Coaching session each week!
But this isn't all you get as a participant in The Lodge Challenge, you get access to our trainers and support from other members in our private Facebook group, receive body scans at Week 1, 6 and 12 to track your progress over the duration of the Challenge, fitness testing conducted at the beginning and end of the Challenge to assess changes made to your fitness levels and before and after photos to measure your physical changes over the 12 weeks.
