Our over 50's program is aimed at assisting people to enhance their quality of life through functional training which is also fun and social. In the Results Room goals are achieved on a daily basis. The trainers will get you sweating, working hard and having fun all at the same time. With regular check-ups to keep you on track, they are 100% there for YOU. Being human's themselves, they understand how our brains work and have strategic plans to put in place to help you achieve your goals. You will love them and hate them at the same time, but then walk out with a big smile on your face, knowing you are on track to success.
Our Team Personal Training option or TPT is fantastic. Motivated Personal Trainers there with you every step of the way on your fitness journey making sure you are getting the results you want. So what do you get?
- Up to 27.5 hours per week of group personal training.
- An individual program set up for you aimed at helping you reach your goals.
- Fitness assessments at regular intervals to keep you on track.
- Full access to the rest of the great facilities that The Lodge has to offer.
TPT members will have access to a Personal Trainer between the hours of:
9am - 11.30am Monday to Saturday
5pm - 7.30pm Monday to Friday

Group Fitness
We're not going to lie to you, if you've never participated in a group fitness class before you'll probably feel a bit uncoordinated. Give yourself 2-4 classes and you'll be feeling a lot more comfortable - not to mention you'll be looking pretty good too! We have a class to suit everyone from the beginner to the hardcore fitness fanatic. Our crèche is very popular with the littlest of little ones right through to the bigger ones, especially in the school holidays. Open every morning and evening during the week and Saturday mornings too, it's a place for the kids to have fun while you are too. No need to book them in or pay extra, simply just turn up.
